Kathryn Leigh Scott starred as the doomed fiancée of vampire Barnabas Collins in the original gothic daytime drama series Dark Shadows, and in the 1971 film House of Dark Shadows. She also appears in a cameo role in Dark Shadows, starring Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins, directed by Tim Burton. She is the author of several books about the series, including Dark Shadows Memories. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and launched Pomegranate Press, which publishes books about the entertainment industry. She lives in Los Angeles, California.
David Selby is an actor, playwright, and poet. He received BS and MA degrees from West Virginia University and a PhD from Southern Illinois University. He is well known for his role as Quentin Collins in Dark Shadows. David has carved out an impressive stage career with many Broadway appearances, including Ghandi, The Heiress, The Eccentricities of a Nightingale, and I Won’t Dance. He has had several roles in television and film, and he has published several poetry collections.
Lara Parker is an actress, most known for her role as Angelique the witch in the series Dark Shadows. She earned a BA from Southwestern at Memphis, now called Rhodes College, and she completed all course work for her master’s in speech and drama from the University of Iowa before turning to acting. After acting, she has been a high school teacher, has written several screenplays, and has completed her first novel. She and her husband, Jimmy Hawkins, live in California.
