"I LOVED IT!!! This was a gem! It kept you laughing (be careful reading it in public), twist and turns. Very rarely does a GREAT book come along that grabs your (mine at least) from the very start to the finish of the book. I always love finding new authors especially from the south and from Alabama to boot. It was by far the best read this year."

" Well tickle me pink and call me happy! This is a darlin' modern romance, set mainly in the deep south. While this book was a tad bit slow in the beginning, bless her heart, Lauren makes up for it for sure! The details and imagery are outstanding. She definately made me want to visit any small town in Alabama. "

" I really enjoyed this fast paced read, which had me both laughing out loud in places and getting teary in others. The characters were all totally believable--even the ones we only see for a few seconds here and there. Julia, the main character, is accident prone and lovable, and I was rooting for her all the way. "

" A nice read about family difficulties, regional differences, with a little intrigue. Put it together with a little romance to make feel things can be happy and make you chuckle in the end. "

" I loved this novel! It was exactly what I love about Southern women's fiction - funny in places, tender in others, with great characters that come to life. Highly recommend. "

" There are few books that I have read over the years that from cover to cover I enjoyed every second. Dancing Naked in Dixie is one of them. Being from Alabama and an Auburn fan, the book was so fun to read, smiling all the way through it!! "
