Publisher Description

An erotic gay romance, a suspenseful thriller....

A series of murders in New York City has stymied the police and FBI alike, and they suspect the culprit is a single killer sending an indecipherable message. But when the two federal agents assigned to the investigation are taken out, the FBI takes a more personal interest in the case.

Special Agent Ty Grady is pulled out of undercover work after his case blows up in his face. He's cocky, abrasive, and indisputably the best at what he does. But when he's paired with Special Agent Zane Garrett, it's hate at first sight. Garrett is the perfect image of an agent: serious, sober, and focused, which makes their partnership a classic cliché: total opposites, good cop - bad cop, the odd couple. They both know immediately that their partnership will pose more of an obstacle than the lack of evidence left by the murderer.

Practically before their special assignment starts, the murderer strikes again - this time at them. Now on the run, trying to track down a man who has focused on killing his pursuers, Grady and Garrett will have to figure out how to work together before they become two more notches in the murderer's knife.

"Oh my goodness, this book was spectacular. I finished it and couldn't stop thinking about the story and the wonderful characters. It had romance, action, humor, danger, fear, heartache, and the privilege of watching a love develop slowly, against the odds and with the protagonists fighting it every step of the way. Hahaha! I had my suspicions about the mystery part of it, but it still managed to keep me guessing. Such a fantastic read."

" 5 stars, I loved every second of my time reading it, this series has it all, hard headedness the pushing pole, the love between the two that is flourishing before our eyes and of course the tracking of the serial killer absolutely outstanding I cannot wait for the whole series to be an audible format so I can listen to it while I work "

" I love Ty and Zane and this is my second read of this before I read books 6 & 7 of this series. I think this is one of the best mystery series in the M/M genre, What makes it so good is that the relationship is only a small aspect of the story their job is the focus so it makes it so good. "

" While I found this to be decent enough for me to want to read the entire book I just don't know if I enjoyed this enough to want to read more. I guess it was a good diversion anyways since I'm having a hard time finding something similar to the Adrien English series I was hooked to. "

" Couldn't finish it. The "head-hopping" was so distracting and confusing I realized I didn't care about either character because they seemed like one person. I really wanted to like this book since the characters/stories have such a huge following, but I'm done. "
