Keith Harrell, known as America’s Attitude Coach, was the author of several books including the bestselling Attitude Is Everything. He was known across corporate America for his energetic, innovative presentations on how to be a leader in the workplace. A top training instructor at IBM, be went on to become an in-demand speaker with clients including McDonalds, Microsoft, and American Express. He died in 2010.
Hattie Hill is a management consultant whose firm, Hattie Hill Enterprises, specializes in women’s issues, leadership, and diversity.
