On a physical level, these four areas mirror the process of choice, empowerment, responsibility and opportunity; on a spiritual level, acknowledgement, surrender, dominion and attainment.
Its content can be read from beginning to end, offering gentle instruction and guidance towards self-fulfillment and self-love. Or it can be read in any order since each concept stands completely and totally on its own. The intent is as one reads these concepts that they hear them as the whisperings of their own soul to awaken themselves.
