About the Author

Ann Cleeves writes two series of traditional mysteries, both of which have been turned into hit television series. The Vera Stanhope books have been made into the hit series Vera starring Brenda Blethyn. The Shetland novels feature Inspector Jimmy Perez and are being filmed by the BBC and titled Shetland. Her first Shetland novel, Raven Black, won the Crime Writers’ Association’s Gold Dagger Award. In 2016, she won the CWA Diamond Dagger, the highest honor in British crime writing.

About the Narrator

Gordon Griffin is one of the most prolific and sought-after voice artists in the UK. As well as narrating over 250 audiobooks and earning three AudioFile Earphones Awards, he can be heard on countless television and radio advertisements, corporate videos, training films, and documentaries.
