Publisher Description

I have reached my breaking point. And now I will not, cannot be stopped. With the Soul Eater on the verge of god status, it's time for me to take a final stand, even if it means losing everything I love. Even if it means losing my life.

I've got plenty of power on my side, and some I didn't know I could count on in the first place. But it's nothing compared to the army of the undead the Soul Eater is building up. And time is running out.

They say that good always triumphs over evil. I hope that's true. Because the odds aren't in our favor, and the fate of the world is in our hands.

"This book I will say was my favorite out of the four because it shows Carrie's growth of thinking of others and stop being selfish. It was a character that i wondered at end how their story wrapped up since it showed everyone else's and I would like to see future stories about Max and Bella and their child * winkwinknudgenudge*. The story ended good and made me happy but i honestly did see it coming but overall i was satisfied."

" Probably one of the best books of the series. There was enough action and enough story line concerning the peripheral characters to keep me interested. "

" I really don't know what to say about this series. I thought the concept and execution of the first book was so interesting, but the ongoing plot in the rest of the books got increasingly murky and unsatisfying. This final book was very slow, the showdown was anticlimactic, and the book didn't even really tie up all of the loose ends established in the series. I thought that Cyrus' character was completely misused in this book--I got to the point where I really just didn't understand the point of his continual reappearances and, while I always wanted a HEA for Nathan and Carrie, I thought that the ending was rushed and not well explained or even well earned--I'm not going to go into more so it isn't spoiled for other readers. I'm just kinda relieved that the series is over and bummed that it didn't live up to the first book. I'm not sure I'm going to read the series previewed at the end of the book. "

" This book was a good ending to the series, saying that I was really disappointed that she didn't say what happened to one of the main characters in the book in the end, I can't understand why she didn't end his story properly, I'm sure he was quite a few peoples favorite. "

" Well this was the fourth and final book in Jennifer Armintrout's 'Blood Ties' series. This is a very dark series about vampires. There's quite a bit more violence and blood, and even the sex is darker. I would really classify this as Urban Fantasy vice romance. I did enjoy the series, but am not sure if I will read her next. There is a HEA, but getting there was just too hard. "

" This was the last book in the series. It wasn't that bad, but the ending could have been better. It seemed pretty rushed when there could have been more to it. But overall the series wasn't a total loss. "

" Whoever proof read these books should be fired!! She goes from speaking from the main character's point of view to being the narrater making some sentences quite hard to follow. While i enjoyed the 1st two books i felt the second two were a big let-down! "

" I really enjoyed these books. The fourth one was a little sad with respect to all the good-byes. I was surprised to find the last book ended with a happy ending. I personally think it would have been better if it ended with just the second-last chapter. All in all, a great series and a must read. "

" Bought the series in a set via kindle. I was partial to the first book. Although I progressed through the series and found characters having some inconsisent in their actions....also predictable in a WTF~ way. Found that there were too many romantic relationships being formed that was unnnecesary. "
