About the Authors

Rob Thomas is the creator of the television series Veronica Mars and the co-creator of the television series Party Down. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two children. He hasn’t fully recovered from Ray Allen’s three-pointer in Game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals.

Patrick McSharry is a Senior Research Fellow at the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, Faculty Member of the Oxford Man Institute of Quantitative Finance at Oxford University and Visiting Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University.

Rob Thomas is Vice President of Product Development for Big Data and Information Management in IBM Software Group. Previously, he had responsibility for global sales and mergers & acquisitions.

About Matthew Josdal

Matthew Josdal is a voice-over and theater artist originally from a small town in southwest Saskatchewan. He obtained his BFA degree in drama from the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. He has narrated audiobooks in genres ranging from historical nonfiction to contemporary fantasy, along with most things in between. In addition to a fifteen-plus year career in acting for both stage and microphone, he completed all requirements for his honors degree in psychology.
