The central character Mara is drawn to the beach as an onngoing pandemic escape, along with her two dogs and husband. Their souls are alleviated by walking through shallow waves accompanied by the joy of dogs,. but where a mix of energies is palpable. Despite a balm for their spirits, Mara has to contend with images of drowning.
