It's been months since Brian Sinclair, lead guitarist for the famous rock band, Sinners, composed anything. "I had a love/ hate relationship with this book. At times I was struggling to read it and other times couldn't put it down. It was a really good read and oh God the sex scenes were AMAZING, but even though I loved all the characters I just couldn't connect with them. I felt like I needed to know more about them and it just wasn't happening, I kept going back and forth between 3.5 and 4 stars and I'm still unsure. If I had a deeper connection with everyone this book for me would have been without a doubt a 5 star read all the way."
— RaddenB (4 out of 5 stars)
An erotic foray into the behind the scenes world of a heavy metal band.
— Fresh Fiction" OMG- loved this one. Sexy, sweet, kinky, dirty, laugh out loud funny. Everything you could possibly want in a story. "
— Dee, 2/13/2014" If you want to read sex 24/7 then this book is for you. I was really disappointed and am blaming myself because I should have trusted the reviews, this book is not for me. The book has a lot of sex which I do not mind at all if the story requires it, (like 50 Shades of Grey), a lil BDSM (which is fine with me), threesome and anal sex (totally not my type) and having someone watching you while you were having sex, and a nudity in front of the band members (these are unacceptable for a hero who is an alpha male, definitely he will not share his woman!). I have wasted my money on this because I did not read all of it, skipped most part of book. One of the readers mentioned how absurd for somebody to be able to compose during sex, writing the notes on the girl's body and feel the rhythm while doing it. She is definitely right, it's just so stupid and unbelievable, cheesy and annoying. The story doesn't have any depth, no connection between the characters, its just like watching a porn. The only consolation I got was I enjoyed the other characters - the members of Sinners, they're all fun to read, I love rock stars that's why I gave the book a chance, the other band members will surely have their own interesting stories but then if its all about sex and no substance then its not worth it, both of my time and my money. — Amy, 3/28/2013" I generally speaking liked the story in this book, but the sex was a little too much at times. If the rest of the series was about Brian and Myrna as well, I would most likely read them, but I am not too interested in the other band members. "
— Irene, 3/7/2013" Not he greatest. This crossed the line from fantasy to "oh come on this would never even happen" "
