"Great book! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of his obsession with telling the reader to find a teacher. When you live in the bible belt that is much easier said than done. Aside from that, I love the stories that he tells and he explains things in such a way that it is simple to understand even for the novice student. I would highly recommend it!"

" This book changed my life, much like "Be Free Where You Are." This book is much more in-depth, however. My meditation professor Marvin Belzer used this as the textbook for our course, and even though the chapters assigned for class did not include its entirety, I found myself reading it cover to cover, it was so healing and captivating.
