About the Authors
Kiki Swinson was born and raised in Virginia. She discovered her flair for writing after completing her first novel entitled Wifey, which was based on her life and published in 2004. It earned her the #1 spot on the Essence bestseller list a month after its release. The Wifey series has sold well over one million copies.
De’nesha Diamond burst onto the scene as the coauthor of the gritty Desperate Hoodwives tales. The Essence magazine recommended series has taken the street-lit game by storm and paved a brand new path for the edgy Memphis native. About the Narrators
Corey Allen, an Earphones Award-winning narrator, has been labeled by artistic collaborators as a “journeyman” and “chameleon-like” actor, relentless in his pursuit of truth and transformation in his work. As a voiceover artist, his talents have been heard in sound plays, commercial copy, industrial and documentary films, and many audiobooks. He is based in New York City and is a founding member of Coyote REP. He holds a BA from the University of California–Irvine and an MFA from the University of Illinois–Urbana-Champaign.
