"I am a huge fan of Linwood Barclay, and think he may well be the best thriller writer in the genre. He has a masterful ability to weave multiple (and I do mean "multiple") story lines into a page-turning narrative without confusing the reader or complicating the plot. This one is interesting. Not a whole lot happens early; it's more about the relationship between two brothers. But stick with it. The story eventually takes off, the payoff is great, and the last page will knock you sideways."

Linwood Barclay is the author of more than twenty novels and two thrillers for children. His books have been translated into more than two dozen languages. He wrote the screenplay adaptation for his novel Never Saw it Coming, and his book The Accident has been made into a television series in France.
