Tracy Brower, PhD, MM, MCR, is a work-environment sociologist studying how humans affect their work-lives and how their work-lives affect them back. Over her career, Tracy has had the opportunity to engage with a wide range of corporations, including many Fortune 500 companies as well as a wide range of educational and health-care organizations. Professionally, she is the Director of Human Dynamics & Work at Herman Miller, Inc. She holds a PhD in the sociology of work as well as a Masters of Management in organizational effectiveness and a Masters of Corporate Real Estate. Tracy is also an award-winning speaker and has taught university courses in management and organizational effectiveness.
