The work of Charles Dow, the grandfather of modern technical analysis, will be discussed in this volume, as well as the contributions of other pioneers, such as Samuel Armstrong Nelson, William, Peter Hamilton, Robert Rhea, Richard Russell, and C.J. Collins.

About the Authors
Andrew W. Lo is the Charles E. and Susan T. Harris Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management and director of the MIT Laboratory for Financial Engineering. He is also the author of Hedge Funds and coauthor of A Non-Random Walk Down Wall Street and The Econometrics of Financial Markets.
About Paul Costanzo
Paul Costanzo earned both his BA and MA from Juilliard in trumpet performance. As a freelance performer his musical credits range from the Metropolitan to the San Francisco Symphony. He has also been a voice actor for over twenty years and has performed numerous radio commercials, television promos, and narrations for major corporations nationwide.
