About the Authors
Dr. David Jeremiah is the founder of Turning Point Ministries, a ministry committed to providing sound Bible teaching through national radio and television broadcasting. He is also the senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church in El Cajon, California, and chancellor of San Diego Christian College. A pastor’s son born in Toledo, he graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and received his doctorate from Cedarville College. Dr. Jeremiah is the author of numerous bestselling books, including Captured By Grace, Life Wide Open, My Heart’s Desire, and Sanctuary. He and his wife, Donna, live in San Diego.
Dr. J. Paul Nyquist is the ninth president of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. Prior to his position at Moody, he served as president and CEO of Avant Ministries. He has also served as a senior pastor of two different churches and as an adjunct professor at Grace University in Omaha and Phoenix Seminary in Scottsdale, Arizona. He studied at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and later received a ThM and PhD in systematic theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.
