"This was a really good devotional. It lets you know how important it is to surrender to the father. It also talks about the importance of following the Bible. It is consistent in it's chapters. Most of the devotions stream along the same line. Not a lot of variety. But, still very inspirational."

" Beautiful meditation that are seeds for thought "
— Christina, 1/23/2012" As a concentration camp survivor, Corrie ten Boom, never gives up her passion for the Lord. She watched her family, and in particular, her sister die in the camps. Corrie still holds onto her beliefs long after many people would feel there is no God. A truly inspiring, thought provoking read. "
— Celeste, 6/3/2011" As always, Corrie's books are full of wisdom. "
— Deb, 5/14/2011" A nice short read from a Protestant point of view. One great liner in the book bears repeating. Someone told another that God was dead. That person responded, "That isn't true, I just talked to Him this morning!" "

— Christina, 11/3/2009Cornelia “Corrie” ten Boom (1892–1983) was a Dutch Christian Holocaust survivor who helped many Jews escape the Nazis during World War II. Her autobiography, The Hiding Place, was made into a movie of the same name. In 1967 Ten Boom was honored as one of the “Righteous among the Nations” by the State of Israel.
In the years after the closing chapter of The Hiding Place, she traveled ceaselessly, carrying her message of triumphant living all over the world, especially behind the Iron Curtain. The author of devotional books treasured by millions, she was also a colorful, amusing speaker.
