"OK, I love the books in the Wicked Lovers series, all the people are a little broken and the stories help heal them, that being said, I was really frustrated by what a jerk Luc was in this book, I really liked him in Decadent and I like Alyssa so I had some trouble watching him be so callous, but like any good HEA it ended wonderfully. All in all I would have given it 4 1/2 stars if I could have. I really enjoyed it but for the frustration Luc brought me."

" Ugh...Why am I just not loving this series....It's really frustrating me because I wanted so badly to like it...I mean I'm still driven to finish it, but, the plots just seem to be really, really, secondary to the sex...I would like to be able to feel for these characters, but, they tic me off...Mid-way through this book I was up to here with both Luc and Alyssa, and I was actually looking forward to Luc's story after reading, 'Decadent." I know the leading male and females are usually frustrating, but, that back and forth, on and off, and lack of communication of real feelings between the two just made me angry and not that enthusiastic about trying to finish the book...Obviously I did complete it, but, definately didn't love it...I guess I'm just hard to please...grrrr...on to the next...sighes... "
