PhD,
is senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Durham, North Carolina. In addition
to his PhD, he also holds an MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He
served as a church planter in Japan from 1994 to 1998.
D. A. Carson is research professor of the New Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He is cofounder (with Tim Keller) of the Gospel Coalition, and has written or edited nearly sixty books. He has served as a pastor and is an active guest lecturer in church and academic settings around the world.
Timothy Keller is the founder and senior pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City and author of numerous books, including the New York Times bestseller The Reason for God. He has mentored young urban church planters and pastors in New York and other cities through Redeemer City to City, which has helped launch more than 300 new churches around the globe.
