David Levithan is a children’s book editor in New York City and the author of several books for young adults, including Lambda Literary Award winner Two Boys Kissing. In 2016, he was named the recipient of the Margaret A. Edwards Award.

Most kids will recognize him from the three seasons he spent on Nickelodeon’s True Jackson, VP. He is a member of the Atlantic Theater Company and an Independent Filmmaker Project Award winner for his work in the HBO film Everyday People.
