About Howard Stephen Berg

Howard Stephen Berg is recognized as the world’s fastest reader by the Guinness Books of World Records. Howard is a graduate of State University of New York at Binghamton. Using the same strategies taught to his students, the biology major completed a four-year psychology program in one year. Howard also completed a graduate course in educational psychology in seven hours, and passed the six hour Regent’s examination in only fifty minutes earning four graduate credits.
