Michael Greger, MD, FACLM, is a physician, author, and internationally recognized speaker on nutrition, food safety, and public health issues. His book How Not to Die was a New York Times bestseller. He runs the popular website NutritionFacts.org, a nonprofit, science-based public service providing free daily videos and articles on the latest in nutrition research.

Gene Stone is an author, a journalist, an editor of books, magazines, and newspapers. He has written, co-written, or ghostwritten more than forty-five books, including New York Times bestsellers. Among these books are How Not to Die, Animalkind, Forks Over Knives, The Engine 2 Diet, Living the Farm Sanctuary Life, Rescue Dogs, Mercy for Animals, and Eat for the Planet.
