About the Narrators
Trini Alvarado is an American actress best known for her feature film roles in Little Women, The Frighteners, and Paulie, for which she was nominated for an ALMA Award. Her television credits include series such as Finge, Law & Order: SUV, and The Jury as well as TV movies including Bitter Winter and The Last Dance. As a youth, she appeared as Melinda in the Broadway performance of Runaways. She has narrated several audiobooks, earning this praise from AudioFile magazine for her reading of Trickster’s Queen: “Happily, this book gets the narrator it needs in Trini Alvarado, who provides an extensive range of expression for both males and females, human or immortal, friend or foe. Allyson Ryan is an Earphones Award–winning voice actress who can be heard in commercials, promos, animation, and audiobooks. She has extensive experience on stage and television. She has also appeared as “Mom” in several television commercials. Advertising Age nominated her for a Bobby Award in the best actress category for her work as the Duracell mom.
Timothy Andrés Pabon is an English- and Spanish-speaking voice-over artist who has worked extensively in advertising and audiobook narration. He has had acting roles on House of Cards and has also been a costar on HBO’s acclaimed series The Wire opposite country music legend Steve Earl. As a stage actor, he has worked off-Broadway at the June Havoc Theatre, and his regional credits include Center Stage, the Shakespeare Theatre, Arena Stage, the Hippodrome, Olney Theatre, Rep Stage, and GALA Hispanic Theatre.
