"I have been a fan of Sherlock Holmes since I was in my teens, and was skeptical about the Russel/Holmes books. I loved the first one, and this second book is a great follow up. The era of the First World War is not one I am overfly familiar with (outside to the war itself), so not only is the mystery interesting, but also the insight into 1910s and 1920s Britain. A lovely read and a great narrator."
