About Claire Contreras

Claire Contreras is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author. She loves to explore “what if” situations that end in happily-ever-afters (for most parties involved). She enjoys writing anything from children’s stories to erotic suspense but is best known for her contemporary romance novels, including her Darkness, Hearts, and Contract & Deceptions series as well as the stand-alone novel Catch Me. She was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Miami, Florida, and earned a BA in psychology from Florida International University.
