" This was my first and only Mary Higgins Clark. I had the identity of the killer figured out halfway through, and the identity of the accomplice at the three quarter mark. And that's saying something, considering I never read mysteries because they strain my limited intellect. I only got this one because I needed an audiobook for my daily commute to the Institute for Applied Idiocy, where I am under observation by a team of scientists. "

" This was an easy read, but I would have liked a deeper main character. She seems too perfect & everyone just loves her before they even meet her. To be honest, I didn't like many of the characters because they are so serious. "

" I got to hear Mary Higgins Clark speak last week and I loved her wit. I have never read any of hers and picked this one up. It is a little creepy, but compelling. I am a wimp when it comes to creepy - so it would be tame for most others. I will read more of hers. "
