Timothy Sandefur Audio Books

Timothy Sandefur is a staff attorney at the Pacific Legal Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to defending property rights and economic liberty. The foundation has defended property owners in many of the cases described in this book, including Nollan v. California Coastal Commission, Healing v. California Coastal Commission, Palazzolo v. Rhode Island, Rapanos v. United States, Mesdaq v. San Diego, Tahoe-Sierra v. Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, Dolan v. City of Tigard, MacPherson v. Department of Administrative Services, Wayne County v. Hathcock, San Remo Hotel v. San Francisco, Hawaii Housing v. Midkiff, and Kelo v. New London, in which Sandefur represented the Bugryn and Pappas families. Sandefur has written extensively on eminent domain, including articles for the Washington Times, National Review Online, and the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. A graduate of Hillsdale College and Chapman University School of Law, Sandefur was recently awarded a Ronald Reagan Medal by the Claremont Institute for his work in public-interest law. He lives in Rescue, California.
