Margaret Cuonzo is associate professor of philosophy and coordinator of humanities at Long Island University, Brooklyn. She has written several articles for science and medical journals and has been a MetroCITI Teaching Fellow at Columbia University, a visiting researcher at Arché Institute at the University of St. Andrews, and a recipient of the National Science Foundations/American Philosophical Association summer grant for research on diversity in the sciences.
