Born in Harlem, NY and raised in Cleveland, Ohio; Lance Dickson is retired from the military after 20 years of service. He holds a bachelors degree in workforce education and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master degree in Education with New Technologies. He was recognized as a national fatherhood advocate and was given the Spirit of Fatherhood award. Additionally, Lance Dickson has trained in the Martial Arts since the age of nine and holds a 5th degree Blackbelt. The author of Several books which includes: When a Father Cries!; Words of Wisdom & Encouragement; The Spiritual Journey of a Confused Man; and Mental Martial Arts: Using Educational Principles to Combat Life Challenges; he stays active in the community mentoring young men in the school system.
