Ellen Bass is a pioneer in the field of healing from child sexual abuse. She is also the author of two critically acclaimed poetry collections, Mules of Love and The Human Line, and edited No More Masks!, which was one of the first anthologies of female poets. Currently she teaches in the MFA program at Pacific University in Oregon.
