Bill Greer has spent his adult life exploring New York, along with the world. As a travel writer, he founded the early Internet’s leading community for outdoor adventure and promoted adventure travel through television, radio, and public events. Turning to New York history, he chaired the New Netherland Institute’s program to establish the New Netherland Research Center in Albany and has spoken throughout the Hudson Valley.
