Publisher Description

Girls like Neve Slater don't get gorgeous guys like William. But William's been in L A for three years, and Neve's been slimming down in preparation for his return. Then her sister Celia points out that if Neve wants William to think she's an experienced love-goddess then she'd better get some experience - a man to show her the ropes, like Celia's colleague Max. And since he's not Neve's type, she certainly won't fall for him...

"I love this book. So much. This is the second time I've read it and I was as caught up in it as much as the first. Ive just spent two days wrapped up in it, and it would have been less if I didn't have other commitments I just can't ignore. It's a fabulous story that makes me laugh and cry and everything in between. Now I just have to get it out of me head!"

" Cute chick-lit set in London. Good easy read, even if the protagonist was a bit annoying at times and the story line fairly predictable. "

" At times a painfully slow read. The heroine Neve's constant self-deprecating attitude and the obsession with weigh became irritating after a while. I understand that this was her journey to learning to love herself; it just felt like it took way too long to get there and all the happy realizations were tied up to quickly at the end of the story. While Max was the standard man-slut redeemed; I just didn't really get a sense of his character or his own issue which is the limitation of first person perspective. I think his character could have been fleshed out better. "
