"I enjoyed Wuthering Heights on my second read through, the first time I read it I was way to concentrated on doing an analysis it for my GCSE English Literature essay! That it a real shame because the book is a masterpiece of it's age. I fondly think of it as popular fiction of it's day."

" Is love strong enough to conquer death? Emily Bronte's masterpiece explores themes of love and hate, nature vs. nurture and the British class system in her classic novel. Not to be missed. "

" I don't understand why people rate this book as one of the most 'romantic' love stories ever told. I found many of the characters extremely unlikeable and didn't really understand Heathcliff's motivations for anything he did. Now don't get me wrong, it was still an interesting story...just not a love story, in my humble opinion. I will say, however, that the ending was unexpected yet pleasing! "

" Not a fan, story of love set aside due to class and one man's revenge for the rest of his life. I guess it would be a tragic love story. "

" I absolutely adored this book. It was required reading for my senior-year high school English class. It just might be the perfect level of angst and goth for a teenage girl. Or a 20-something. "

" One hardly need say that this book is gripping and highly charged, it is so well known. While I admire Jane Eyre's character so much more than Catherene Linton's, I find myself re-reading this book every 5 years because of the passion and rich characterizations. "
