White Night: A Novel of the Dresden Files Audiobook

" Another great book in the Dresden files series "

" I always enjoy the Dresden novels but if you don't read them in order, you miss a lot of the store line. I have read them hit and miss but am now listening to them in order and really am enjoying them. "

" I reread it a couple of days ago and realized I didn't actually like this one very much. Maybe it's because I am not a big fan of the White Court/Red Court vampire war storyline. "

" I liked this book, Harry just shines in it. All the main characters have their moments in this book. "

" Wizard partners with Chicago PD to solve supernatural crimes. "

" Previous comments still stand; this series just keeps getting better. Really enjoyed this installment right up till the end. It's interesting to see characters other than Harry really come alive with depth and emotion. Loving it, onto the next. "

" This is a GREAT series. I loved it. Even with a male protagonist it is lots of fun. Irreverent, but tautly plotted. He doesn't skimp on the character development and any dropped threads are picked up in subsequent books. Read them all. "

There are some parts in the book when the story involves dialogue, and for some reason those parts just seem to drag on and on; but the action sequences are spectacular (Dresden doesn't let me down!). " Dresden gains some more chancy allies as he and Ramirez take on the White Court and in essence rescue it from several potential disasters. Lots of vampire intrigue, the Fallen Angel bit is resolved, D's apprentice loses some of her cockiness and, as usual, he takes a real beating. Great stuff. "
