" Very good book that sets up for A Memory of Light very nicely. Couldn't ask for a better book, way to go Brandon Sanderson! "

" Brandon Sanderson is a genius. A superb book. "

" At last the series is winding down! I enjoyed Perrin's war and transformation, but the timing left me dragging toward the end of the book. "

" Answers a lot of questions, Mat finally goes into the tower! Lots of loose ends tied up especially with Perrin. "

" Brandon Sanderson, with Robert Jordans notes and his wifes guidance, has again created a great edition to the Saga we call the Wheel of Time. Book 13 is a great read, and starts to answer some of the questions that people have had for years, but also in true Robert Jordan style, keeps something back, and makes you think...will it all be able to be wrapped up in one more book? "

  • 3 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 5 Tatianna | 1/21/2014

" To be honest with you, for about the past . . . oh, seven books in this series, the only characters worth reading about were Perrin and Mat, Rand's two (former) best friends. Perrin stopped being interesting at about the same time he got married, so for about three or four books now, Mat has been the only interesting character. Thankfully, now that things are actually happening, now that Rand is moving on from his annoying phase, the books are picking up and I am actually looking forward to the last one! "

" They got the new guy to come in and wrap things up pretty well. I think he writes Jordan even better than Jordan, which is to say that the series has wandered out of the morass of the 8th-10th books and seems well on its way to an actual conclusion. "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Rcoates | 1/15/2014

" I almost gave up on this series during the middle volumes. But with Sanderson finishing up the last two books have gotten back to the pace and story that I loved in the first few books. He is bringing together many loose threads. I hope he can pull off a satisfying finish in the last volume. "

  • 3 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 53 out of 5 Joe Murolo | 1/1/2014

" At this point, I've got to see it through. One more book to go. "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Vicki | 12/27/2013

" This was a great book!! I am anxiously awaiting the final book 14!! "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Cindy | 12/20/2013

" Very glad I waited to read these last three until they were all out. While this one has a lot of Perrin's story, it also has several surprises and for me, it was much more about Lan. A lighter hand than the previous book, it advances the story so we all end up at the Last Battle. Tai'shar Malkiere! "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Darin | 12/20/2013

" I re-read this series while anxiously awaiting the final book. I wouldn't say this one was the best so far but that's probably just because I'm so excited and impatient for the last one. "

  • 4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 Kim Maston | 12/20/2013

" A great read. Looking forward to the end of this long and overdue series! "

  • 4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 Crystal | 11/26/2013

" This is the 13th book in a series. It's a fantasy. It doesn't grip me quite like the Outlander series, but I do enjoy it. "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Neil | 8/24/2013

" These last 2 books were pretty awesome. Can't wait till the final one comes out in January. "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Trey | 8/11/2013

" Hard to believe that the 13th book in a series can be just as exciting, or more so, than the beginning book! Loved it! "

  • 4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 Mike Weber | 7/3/2013

" My favorite of the series so far. "

  • 4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 Todd Miles | 8/25/2012

" What can be said? If you have read the previous twelve in the series, you have to read Towers of Midnight. Sanderson is not Robert Jordan, but he is doing an excellent imitation of Jordan - and for that I am grateful. I'm looking forward to the conclusion - I started reading the series in 1996. "
