" This is the first Adele Parks I have read. I enjoyed most of the book but faded in parts. The stories were good but the characters were a little far fetched although the granny's story was well written. All in all I would say its an excellent holiday read. "

" I enjoyed the beginning of this book for its detailed character observations, but as I passed the middle point, I found the plot had also gripped me and it was hard to put down. The ending was powerful and unexpected and left me thinking about it a long time after I'd finished.n "
