"I really liked it. There was always speculation swirling around him about his sexuality. Here was his platform to finally discuss it in a way he was comfortable with. I found it very interesting that it seemed like a real non-issue for him. That was refreshing in light of these times when people want to out you or give you a hard time if you're some kind of a celebrity and don't automatically want to be labeled or defined by your sexuality. I liked hearing about the inner workings of the skating world. Was it my favorite memoir? No. But I didn't know anything about J.W. before and this was good enough for me. I purchased the book because I saw him on Howard Stern & he seemed intriguing enough to want to know more."

" I loved this. It was great to learn about his life from his perspective, and it is very much his perspective. A really wonderful read. "

" Interesting but light. He does seem like a pure soul with a highly competitive streak, someone who is a lot sensitive to emotion/taste/touch/smells/human contact. Perhaps a little gay Asperger's-ey? An easy read, and also a great explanation of how and why he fell from grace and did not become an Olympic star. However, I have seen him skate and he is astonishingly great! If you like skating and the world of figure skating and also want to know the character of one of the sport's most individual persons in this world, read this! "

" I'm a crazy insane Johnny Weir fan and of course I had to get my hot little hands on his autobiography. And it did live up to my expectations. I was hoping for a little more gossip but I loved the insight on Johnny's life and how the book, despite its frivolous cover, was really the serious tale of a very driven athlete but thankfully peppered with funny anecdotes and wry observation. A big part of Johnny's charm comes from his self-deprecation and he doesn't shy away from it in the book. All in all, this was a very satisfying read for a Johnny fan. (Now, Johnny, go and get yourself a hot boyfriend and be HAPPY!) "

" Really enjoyed this book! Would have given this a 5 star rating if he added more pictures of his costumes he talks about so enthusiastically thru out the book. It would have given us a great visual while describing his design. "

" I loved the way this book was written, I could actually hear Johnny speaking every word. It gives you an insight into the skating world that many aren't aware of, with funny stories and sweet stories about his family. "

" Maybe three and a half stars? I didn't really learn anything new from this that I didn't already know from the documentary and reality show, but I still love him an embarrassing amount. "

" Perfect rainy day under-the-weather fare. I love Johnny's skating and spirit and this memoir of his first quarter century was a fun, and ultimately moving, read. "

" More skillfully written than I'd expected (ghostwriter, maybe?) and highly entertaining. I love Johnny Weir and was rather surprised by how soul-baring he allowed this story to be. I admire people who allow themselves to show their fallible and human side as well as crowing about achievements. "
