About the Narrators

Ellen Kushner is a writer, a performer, and the longtime host of public radio’s Sound & Spirit. Her books include the award-winning Swordspoint, Thomas the Rhymer, and The Golden Dreydl. She lives in New York City.

Holly Black is the New York Times bestselling author of contemporary fantasy novels for teens and children, including The Folk of the Air trilogy, Tithe: A Modern Faerie Tale and the #1 New York Times bestselling Spiderwick series. She has been a finalist for the Eisner Award and the recipient of the Andre Norton Award and Mythopoeic Award.

Cassandra Campbell has won multiple Audie Awards, Earphones Awards, and the prestigious Odyssey Award for narration. She was been named a “Best Voice” by AudioFile magazine and in 2018 was inducted in Audible’s inaugural Narrator Hall of Fame.

MacLeod Andrews is an actor, voice actor, and Earphones Award–winning audiobook narrator who earned the prestigious Audie Award for best narration in 2018. He has starred in a number of independent short and feature films and is a member of the Rising Phoenix Repertory Company in New York City.
