    " Acomplicated story that is a continuation of situations and circumstances begun in the previous five books. Kellon Scott was introduced in book one but only now comes into his own. He has finally matured and is determined to rescue Chloe Harcourt, a young beautiful witch who has been taken prisoner by a sadistic warmonger bent on power grabbing and needs her unique abilities. A really great love story at the core but lots of suspense and action swirling and fomenting around the main characters. Ryannon Byrd is an experienced writer and once again demonstrates that she can put together one heck of a story. "
