Publisher Description

When you're too busy to relax, just take Time Out from Stress by listening to this audio. In just ten minutes, you can relax tight muscles, calm anxieties, and reduce pressures to a more tolerable level. Brief but regular relaxation is the best thing you can do to safeguard your physical and mental health.

The instructions in the first part of the audio guide you through five-finger exercises, a simple relaxation procedure you can practice at any time. You assign or anchor each of your sources by touching each finger in turn. With this method, relaxation is literally at your fingertips.

The second part of the audio takes you on a fantasy trip to a charming country inn. You imagine checking into your warm, cozy room, enjoying the glowing warmth of the fireplace, and curling up on a featherbed beneath a soft quilt. This ten-minute visit can seem like a weekend in the country with all your cares left far behind you.
