"Took a turn from the first 3 books. Had a totally different feel to it. I like this book the best so far. If only she would write in a little humor it would be great. I think that is what makes this series a runner up to the House of Night books."

" While I'm in love with the story, the way Melissa changes the MC every chapter is quite jarring. As other reviewers have said, it would have made more sense to finish off the story in this book rather than continuing on with another. The on-again/off-again romance between Schuyler and Jack is getting annoying. Either you want to be with each other or you don't. They've had plenty of time to figure it out. I'd hoped for some resolution. Also...she has too many...of these... "
