Publisher Description

Falling for Maddening Moira O'Malley was the unexpected highlight of Luke O'Brien's Dublin holiday. So when she pays a surprise visit to Chesapeake Shores, Luke is thrilled... at first. A fling with this wild Irish rose is one thing, but forever? Maybe someday, but not when he's totally focused on establishing a business that will prove his mettle to his overachieving family. Given Luke's reaction, Moira has some soul - searching of her own to do. Scarred by her father's abandonment, she wonders if Luke, with his playboy past, is truly the family man she longs for. Adding to her dilemma, she's offered an amazing chance at a dream career of her own.

Deep down, though, Moira knows home is the real prize, and that love can be every bit as enchanted as a summer garden.

"Excellent.. All the main players of Cheseapeake Shores played a role in this book. Luke and Moria formed a relationship in Ireland, and then she suprises him in the US. Things go wrong and then they go right! All works out in the end. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book."

" How did I feel about this book. . .I've enjoyed others better. When I picked it up I was not aware that it was the 9th book in the Chesapeake Series. I shortly found myself was bored by the Moira/Luke storyline. Maddening Moira was just that, she was not only stubborn but wanted it her way or no way. FranklyI got tired of her dreadful moaning. Many times, I stopped and questioned if I should continue to plod through the book but since I pride myself in always finishing whatever I start, I did just that! "

" This is supposedly the last title in Woods Chesapeake Shores series and i have read all the others. These have been some light reading for me with the setting of Chesapeake Bay, but I have been reading this title for several weeks as it was slow, boring, with no spark in the writing. I was determined to finish and I did,but it wasn't even a good break from my normal life. Sorry Sherryl. "

" The last in this series, and it took motivation to keep me reading it. I was looking forward to this book, as I do all by Sherryl Woods, but this finale was not this author's best work. After saying all of that, though, I will read more by her and look forward to her next book/series. "

" Part of the Chesapeake Shores series about the O'Brien's. I have read all of the series and recommend them. These are light, easy reading books where you get involved in the characters and their lives. "

" A good ending to a great series. This one wasn't my favorite though. It seemed that every page had the same argument between the couple, and not much romance. The good parts were what happened to Nell, and it was good to "visit" the rest of the family. "

" This was a fine conclusion to the series. I enjoyed the way the story threads all came together, and that this wrapped up all of the couples and the location. Kristin was still an unsatisfying character, and I wish she could have been drawn in a more complicated and realistic light. "
