Falling for Maddening Moira O'Malley was the unexpected highlight of Luke O'Brien's Dublin holiday. So when she pays a surprise visit to Chesapeake Shores, Luke is thrilled...at first. A fling with this wild Irish rose is one thing, but forever? Maybe someday, but not when he's totally focused on establishing a business that will prove his mettle to his overachieving family. Given Luke's reaction, Moira has some soul - searching of her own to do. Scarred by her father's abandonment, she wonders if Luke, with his playboy past, is truly the family man she longs for. Adding to her dilemma, she's offered an amazing chance at a dream career of her own.

Deep down, though, Moira knows home is the real prize, and that love can be every bit as enchanted as a summer garden.

" This was okay, it got a little slow in the middle and Moira was maddening at times! "

" What a wonderful story once again about the O'Brien family. But sadly this is the last book in the Chesapeake Shores series (book 9) although I see myriads of possibilities to continue the storyline (hint, hint Sherryl, I know in your newsletter it could be possible). There was laughter, some sadness, lots of love and romance. It continues where the last book left off but was better than I expected. Give the series a try if you haven't read them already. "

" This is supposedly the last title in Woods Chesapeake Shores series and i have read all the others. These have been some light reading for me with the setting of Chesapeake Bay, but I have been reading this title for several weeks as it was slow, boring, with no spark in the writing. I was determined to finish and I did,but it wasn't even a good break from my normal life. Sorry Sherryl. "

" I read this book in three days while I was on vacation. It was a very good read and a nice ending to the O'Brien series. I look forward to reading more from this author. "

" Excellent.. All the main players of Cheseapeake Shores played a role in this book. Luke and Moria formed a relationship in Ireland, and then she suprises him in the US. Things go wrong and then they go right! All works out in the end. I can't wait to see what happens in the next book. "
