Publisher Description

Throw out everything you think you know about history. Close the approved textbooks, turn off the corporate mass media, and whatever you do, don't believe anything you hear from the government---The Rise of the Fourth Reich reveals the truth about American power.

In this explosive new book, the legendary Jim Marrs, author of the underground best seller Rule by Secrecy, reveals the frighteningly real possibility that today the United States is becoming the Fourth Reich, the continuation of an ideology thought to have been vanquished more than a half century ago. This concept may seem absurd to those who cannot see past the rose-colored spin, hype, and disinformation poured out daily by the media conglomerates---most of which are owned by the very same families and corporations that supported the Nazis before World War II. But as Marrs precisely explains, National Socialism never died; rather, its hideous philosophy is alive and active in modern America. Unfortunately, most people cannot understand the shadowy links between fascism and corporate power, the military, and our elected leaders. Although the United States helped defeat the Germans in World War II, we failed to defeat the Nazis. At the end of the war, ranking Nazis, along with their young and fanatical proteges, used the loot of Europe to create corporate front companies in many countries, including the United States of America. Utilizing their stolen wealth, men with Nazi backgrounds and mentalities wormed their way into corporate America, slowly buying up and consolidating companies into giant multinational conglomerates. Many thousands of other Nazis came to the United States under classified programs, such as Project Paperclip. They brought with them miraculous weapons technology that helped win the space race, but they also brought their insidious Nazi philosophy within our borders. This ideology, based on the authoritarian premise that the end justifies the means.

"This book starts with the origins of the Nazi regime in Germany, and how this regime was funded by the Rockefeller oil cartel and the military industrial complex that runs the United States. Jim has serious facts/truths that backs up all his statements with impeccable research. The book then proceeds to explain how a significant portion of the Nazis escaped, and even had routes planned in the event that they would need to escape. They escaped to many parts of the world -- parts in Europe outside of Germany, South America, and the United States. Marrs then describes how the U.S. intelligence agencies, which were founded by secret societies notorious for their criminal activities, brought the Nazis into the U.S. under the rationale that if the U.S. did not get their technology, the Russians would get it, and would present a threat to national security. Project Paperclip, a CIA operation, is perhaps the most visible way the Nazis were integrated into the US government. Marrs then shows how all this stuff is related to the enormously consolidated corporate media, the pharmaceutical complex, and the public "education" system in the United States, all of which are manipulated by the Rockefellers and the big oil companies. I would give this book a rating of five stars. It was very easy to read and understand, but what I liked most about this book is that it kept my attention. This book is very informative and would recommend this book to others. I was getting pretty anxious during the read, but the last third of the book has solutions and what we can do to keep the country from falling further. This book explains how we are being lied to by our government and all the lies they are telling us. I highly recommend people to get this book and start getting involved. It does not take much to get angry, but it does take effort to do something about it. And I would like to thank Mr Marrs for writing a book that is now on my permanent collections of must reads."

" Jim Marrs is a legend, a conspiracy author, if you've ever had any questions about what goes on and if you've ever thought that there may be more going on than what the media suggests, you should definitely read Jim Marrs! "

" I approached this book with much knowledge about the different topics. Mr. Marrs is very adept at tying all the conspiracies and legends together with facts. The picture he paints should be burned into one's memory. The social and politcal upheaval has begun and we must not be lulled into a false sense of security. This was an excellent bit of wtitintg and research. An excellent book! "

" Finished the majority of the book but am going to recheck or purchase to finish. Though some may consider this book a conspiracy book it is much more. If you take away some of the assumptions and heresay there is some of the truths in this book that should not be ignored. I feel that I read enough of this book to accurately rate it at this time. "

" I don't like diving off the side of the cliff into the murky waters of conspiracy theories of the highest nature. I would have been forced to do that to completely enjoy Marrs' book. It is full of facts and dark connections between the world's past and the current elite, but he adds a lot of conjecture that lowers the quality of his ideas. Jim Marrs is the ultimate conspiracy theorist, but I don't want to ride roundtrip on it. I'll ride it for a bit, but there is a point where I need to get off at my stop. "

" Wow... simply wow. I have read some far out theories before but this guy created something above and beyond. I had no idea that the Nazis still had full control of the world. Everything that has happened since World War II is all a part of the Nazi plan. The Bush family are Nazis as well... that's nothing original. He even found a place to throw in that absolute fact (without explaining) that Dick Cheney blew up the world trade centers. Every once in a while he did come back to reality and say something that made sense and could very well be true but then he was off to space again. I actually feel a little bit dumber for having read this book. The only entertainment value was the ridiculousness of all these ideas thrown together into one massive catastrophe of a theory. "

" Marrs is either plausible (as he was in the Terror Conspiracy and Crossfire) or batshit crazy (as he is here and in The Trillion Dollar Conspiracy). There is no in between, but he's enjoyable at both extremes as a writer, and he tends towards exhaustive documentation of his theses. "

A must read to understand how our current economic and social status has been affected by WWII end of war decisions. Mr. Marr may have part of the future foretold. "
