Dov grew up in a junkyard, lost his virginity at age 12 with a prostitute in Mexico, and is very, very funny. Combining hyper ADD and audience connection, Davidoff puts on one of the most high-intensity shows in stand-up. The Point Is captures this kinetic master at his best. Past high-profile TV appearances include The Tonight Show, The Late Late Show, and Last Call With Carson Daly. He also starred opposite Mark Wahlberg in the film Invincible and was one of the stars of the NBC drama Raines with Jeff Goldblum. He's a regular fixture on Comedy Central and has won numerous comedy competitions.

"Thoughtful and completely enjoyable. There were some laugh out loud moments, but as a whole it felt more like a long, refreshing conversation with a clever friend. If you're familiar with Demetri's standup, you can almost hear him narrating it. This is one book I know I'll flip through often."

" I love Demetri Martin. This would be five stars if there were more of his writing, as it only took me about 20 minutes to read the whole thing. "

" I love Demetri's eccentric and unoffensive sense of humor, and his simple drawings are both hilarious and thought-provoking. I want to give this book to everyone I know. It made me laugh out loud on almost every page, and I "read" the whole thing in less than an hour. "

" It's unfair that this guy, a talented stand-up, is as good a cartoonist as he is. Many of these drawings would not have felt out of place in National Lampoon during its heyday. "

" This is a fast "read" because it's mostly pictures. I like his drawings because they are funny, intelligent and poignant at the same time. "

" Sure these are drawings and you'll probably have it done over a lunch break. But it's fun. It was just the pick me up I needed. They're not always perfect but they are intresting, humorous, and, occasionally, thought provoking and true. "

" If Mitch Hedberg-esque jokes were drawn out, you'd probably get pretty close to this book. Sometimes laugh-out-loud funny, sometimes amusing, sometimes puzzling, Demetri Martin's latest runs the gamut. "
