" Really good book! Now, I'm quite curious and want to read the first one =) Plus, I want to go to Vienna!!! "

This certainly went better than The Reincarnationist, but there is still something lacking in the author's ability to weave the story (with the multiple characters and twined plots and flashbacks) into an engrossing and coherent tale. Too often I got lost in what was happening - I forgot whose flashback belonged to whom, and missed steps in the 'mystery', as it was. I will say that I enjoyed the drama of this book more than the first. I especially enjoyed the touches of many people experiencing 'past life regressive episodes', not just the key characters from the text. I'm excited for the third of the series, as I've heard it to be the best, but I wish there was a more developed description of the science, a better insight into these characters, and some way for the author to push these novels out of the 'good try' category and into the 'great read' category. "

" A different and interesting read. Skillfully woven between several lifetimes and exploring reincarnation in a mystery setting. "

" This was an interesting book, but definitely a whole lot of characters to keep track of. I tried describing it to a friend of mine and left her confused. The plot revolves around a character who keeps remembering a piece of music that bothers her. Especially since she can't really remember how the tune goes. Her father is convinced that the she is experiencing memories of a previous life. Other reviews I've read also state that the book is convoluted. Between characters who are alive and characters who are dead (Beethoven is one of them), and memories of those dead characters, you almost need a score card to keep track of everybody. That said, I did want to keep reading to see how things were going to turn out. "

" I tried very hard to read this book but couldn't make it. It follows so many books of this type which keep taking the reader from one cliff hanger to another and in the end, nothing is revealed or solved. Sort of like Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code. I know, I know it's heretical for me to make such a statement but that's the way it goes. "
