Publisher Description

Don't look at Them. Never let Them know you can see Them.

That is Ethan Chase's unbreakable rule. Until the fey he avoids at all costs - including his reputation - begin to disappear, and Ethan is attacked. Now he must change the rules to protect his family. To save a girl he never thought he'd dare to fall for.

Ethan thought he had protected himself from his older sister's world - the land of Faery. His previous time in the Iron Realm left him with nothing but fear and disgust for the world Meghan Chase has made her home, a land of myth and talking cats, of magic and seductive enemies. But when destiny comes for Ethan, there is no escape from a danger long, long forgotten.

"Oh Julie, your world of the fey continues to dazzle me! I had just finished reading a vampire series of books before picking up this one. I kept thinking that I would have a hard time switching gears & getting back into the world of fairies, piskies, & other fey. Not the case at all. I believe I was 140 some pages into this novel before I came up for air. Julie captivates me with her writing. I really wasn't sure if I could like a book starring Ethan, Meghan's little brother. I was way off. I love his brooding, standoffish attitude, that really is just a front for a sincere & courageous character. I really liked Kenzie too. She's smart, brave & doesn't take crap from anyone. The storyline doesn't lack anything either. There's a new breed of fey, or should I say a forgotten one. Who could help but be swept up in this adventure? Definitely a must-read & a great start to a spin-off series (The Iron Fey: Call of the Forgotten)."

" I can't seem to put this book down! I'm so happy to read another book in the Iron Fey series! I feel so bad initially for Ethan, going through all the trouble that he had been through growing up, but it was so nice to come back to Nevernever and see/read about Meghan, Ash and Puck again! Boy, did I miss those three! I can't freaking wait for the next book! Oh, and kudos for Julie Kagawa for including the awesome stories of Kali and the Filipinos in this book! That was so awesome! Fyi, Guro = teacher! :) "
