" First book I've read by Allan Leverone, and I will definitely be reading more. A creepy psychological thriller, this one sucked me in quickly, and I couldn't stop reading until I had finished the entire book. I won't bother with a plot summary - plenty of other reviewers do that - but know that this is a definite page-turner! I probably would have given it 5 stars, but I thought some of the dialogue was a little contrived. "

" This is a fast, easy read and - for once - a thriller which takes the reader inside the head of the villain without seeming gratuitous. In fact, it's obvious from early on that Martin Krall is seriously delusional, which makes it almost possible to feel sorry for him. In parallel, we also track Bill Ferguson, the hero of the piece, the dual perspective allowing the reader to follow all the action in what almost feels like real time. This is a gripping story with plenty of action, and bold characters determined not to be victims. "

" Good book, in fact, one that is difficult to put down once you start it. "

" Dark, chilling mystery with a few surprises! If you like tense, real world frights, this is your book! This is a fast paced, easy read for adults only. "
