" This is my favorite book. Deep read. Awesome! "

" A must read for Christians and non Christians, even for those who don't believe in God. Tozer does an amazing job of going through just a few of God's attributes with each chapter. It took me sometime to read as there is a lot in this little book but it is definitely worth the time. This is a book I will be reading again. "

" excellent book to help you understand God and who He is. "

" I wish I could give this book a 4.5. It really changed the way I look at God, but it wasn't perfect. I had to take some things with a grain of salt. However, what I really loved about this book was the fact that it took me deeper, taking a look at what makes up God and why He is the way He is and our relationship to all that He is. My soul was fed every time I read a chapter of this book. I recommend reading just one chapter a day and allowing yourself time to take in the message of that chapter. For such a small book, there is a lot to digest. Take it slow, or your head may explode. ;) "

" I sometimes have trouble finding books to tell me something I don't already know. No such problem with this volume. It is doctrinally accurate and dense, intellectually and spiritually challenging. It is by no means an easy read, so brace yourself. I recommend it primarily to Christians looking to challenge themselves, but also to anyone willing to wade through the dense and sometimes difficult language to learn something about God. "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Dan Clark | 1/18/2014

" A must read for those attempting a study of the attributes of God. This book will challenge and stupify...and even add to your vocabulary. For those who enjoy light reading...be warned. Every paragraph contains enough truth to meditate, wrestle with, and apply in a day. The book is short, however, reading it will take some time. Highly recommended! "

" So many of us have a misunderstanding of just who God is. This book will help to give you the proper awe needed to begin to understand God "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Jon Stephens | 11/13/2013

" I think this is probably the most powerful book I have ever read. Tozer just keeps casting God as bigger and bigger and you can't help but just sit there in awe. It's a short read, but a thick read. Outstanding book. "

  • 4 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 54 out of 5 Nate | 5/19/2012

" For the short length of this book Tozer does a great job of breaking down God's attributes and showing God's simplicity (unity). The briefness of the book is its weakness, as a result he leaves questions unanswered. "

  • 5 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 55 out of 5 Jessi | 3/2/2012
