" I rarely reread this one. The victim is so deserving of being killed, and it takes so long for it to happen, that it is tough to get through! "

" Enjoyed this first Patricia Wentworth story I had read. The characters are well described, the murdered person deserved to be murdered, Miss Silver is a very likeable detective and there are the surprises and twists that keep the story moving and interesting right too the end. "
